Problem: Potential customers haven’t always heard of Citalia, they’ve often arrived on the site by looking for a generic term like “Italy holidays”. This lack of brand recognition often makes it harder to turn interest into sales.
Solution: Our theory is that by better communicating all of the benefits of booking with Citalia, we will convince more people to book with us. I created a new page in our CMS and used Qubit to enhance the CSS to make the page slicker.
Outcome: The page is live and being signposted from the homepage and at other stages in the customer journey. We hope to see the page appearing more in journeys that convert than those that don’t.
